WE ARE A MULTIDISCIPLINARY COLLECTIVE OF CLINICIANS & HEALERS, PASSIONATE ABOUT CREATING SUSTAINABILITY, JOY, AND MITIGATING BURNOUT FOR OUR COLLEAGUES AND LOVED ONES

Thanks for stopping by! A first step in healing and empowering your relationship with self! We are social workers who are passionate about using our own experiences with burnout, and compassion fatigue, to mitigate and prevent burnout for our colleagues. We all recognized the journey and challenges of Self Care, and saw our colleagues’ journeys as well. Because of this all of us are passionate about supporting other social workers, first responders, activists, community leaders, etc in the workforce, and so we came together to create Cuidate Collective.

We are a multidisciplinary team of healers (social workers, herbal apprentices, and artists) with over a decade of experience doing identity based work within our communities; marginalized communities, survivors of trauma within non profits, government agencies, and even hospital settings. We facilitate and organize healing experiences for individual providers, groups, and organizations.

If you have ever gotten compassion fatigue, felt that self care was not a priority in your organization, or have struggled with consistency, we will support you in creating that space. Because we are an alliance of experienced healers who have also struggled at times, we have an intimate understanding of the ongoing work and support that goes into practicing consistent self care to mitigate burn out, and increase sustainability.
